Care Instructions
  • Wash inside out on cold with mild detergent.
  • NO FABRIC SOFTENER/BLEACH
  • Tumble dry low or hang dry
  • Avoid ironing
Turn Around Time and Business Hours
  • Our standard turn around time is 10-15 business days, not including holidays or weekends. 
  • Turn around time starts the day after the order is placed. (ex. order placed Tuesday night- TAT starts Wednesday. Order placed Friday night- TAT starts Monday)
  • All payments are due upfront. 
  • Questions or concerns can be sent by email to contact@loandbroshirtco.com or text to (251) 272-9091. Please allow 24-48 hours for response, not including weekends or holidays. 

Local Pickup

  • Local pickup is available in 36526. You will get a pickup email with details when your order is ready. 
  • Please pick up within one week. Pickups left longer than one month will be removed from the pickup box and a pick up time will need to be scheduled. Packages not retrieved within 3 months will be forfeited without refund. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR UNCLAIMED PACKAGES. 

Returns

  • All of our products are made to order. Due to this, we do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized or holiday orders. Everyday items may be applicable for an exchange on a case by case basis. 
  • In event of an exchange, you will be invoiced for your new shipping fee. Return shipping may be purchased individually or added to the shipping invoice.  
  • Cancellations may be made within 12 hours of placing the order. 
  • If there is a quality issue with your order, please email within 72 hours of delivery. 
  • Colors may vary from screen to product in hand due to monitor resolution and production methods. 

Custom Orders

  • All inquiries pertaining to customs orders must be sent to our email or text line. 
  • Bulk discounts start at 10 shirts with the same design. Payment is due upfront. 
  • Custom orders will follow our standard turn around time, unless otherwise stated.
