Policies

• Our standard turn around time is 10-15 business days, not including holidays or weekends. Any deviation to this will be posted on the website and social media pages. 
• Turn around time starts the day after the order is placed. (ex. order placed Tuesday night- TAT starts Wednesday. Order placed Friday night- TAT starts Monday)
• All payments are due upfront. 
• Questions or concerns can be sent to the business page on Facebook or by email to contact@loandbroshirtco.com. Please allow 24-48 hours for response, not including weekends or holidays. 

Local Pickup

• Local pickup is available in 36526. 
• Please pick up within one week. A shipping charge invoice will be sent for orders overdue for pickup. 
• Sometimes pickup notifications get lost when our automatic system sends them out. To avoid this, add our email, contact@loandbroshirtco.com, to your address book! If it has been 15 business days and you have not recieved a pick up notification, please reach out! 

Returns

• All of our products are made to order. Due to this, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
• Cancelations may be made within 12 hours of placing the order. 
• If there is a quality issue with your order, please email within 72 hours of delivery. 
• Colors may vary from screen to product in hand due to monitor resolution and production methods. 

Custom Orders

• All inquiries pertaining to customs orders must be sent to our email or business Facebook page. 
• Pricing on customs vary, but start at $20 and go up depending on design and personalization. Bulk discounts start at 15 shirts. Payment is due upfront. 
• Custom orders will follow our standard turn around time, unless otherwise stated.
